Simmered oyster in Yuzu( Japanese citron) cup.
Itbecamegraduallycold.As forsuch cold night,how about the steamed hot oyster in Yuzu cup which the refreshingflavorof the citronmakes. Please enjoy dipping with ponzu( the juice of yuzu).
