I made osechi, and ozoni usually.

But we family most love this "karaage"(Japanese fried chicken)
made by mother in low.
That is so so tasty .
That is our ohukuro's taste.
We all love that.

Melon sherbet

 I made melon cherbet of only Japanese sweet wiped melon. No use of sugar.
Just get rid of seeds, freeze melon, and blend.  There is cherbet under the shape of cube melon.

Curry Pan (bread)

 

 

 

 The last day of  the Golden Week in Japan (holidays),  my darling made very very tasty special curry.
 There are few for the number of families to have curry and rice today.
 Only slightly delicious curry was left.
 So I made curry bread today.
